Autumn 2026 - better late than never !

Hello! We're sliding into Autumn 2026, though the UK weather hasn't quite caught up with the calendar. It's still baking hot out there, which honestly threw me off when I finally got around to updating the website after months of being glued to the shop. I've been off sick today (hello, flu and a spectacular sprained ankle courtesy of wet pavements), so I figured it was the perfect time to get things half-organised. Better late than never, right?

The whole vibe at Boudoir right now is this delicious mix of summer and autumn because, well, nobody told the British weather to make up its mind. But that's actually perfect because you can layer and play with your wardrobe in so many fun ways.

If you're after something that works year-round, our tulle net skirts are absolute winners. Throw one on with a bright short knit or star top, add some boots, and you've got something that works for both day and evening. Or go bold with one of our sloppy cardigans over the top—we've got some beauties in stock from Australia that deserve a spot in your wardrobe. Check out our knits section for the full range.

The gingham pants are seriously good this season too. They're comfortable, easy to wear, and they just work. Definitely worth a look.

Now, let me tell you about something that's genuinely making me happy right now: Rosie Rose Parker's jewellery. She designs everything herself—truly unique pieces that are bursting with colour and personality. Think colour therapy by the bucket load. Her designs are distinctive, thoughtfully made, and honestly, they make incredible gifts. You can find her on Instagram and Etsy, but I've got some pieces here in the shop and online too. Just be careful of cheap knock-offs—her work deserves the real thing.

Here's something I'm committed to: free shipping on every order from Boudoir. Always. I know it's not exactly textbook business strategy, but I genuinely don't want to charge for it. Plus, I save money by recycling our packaging, so it balances out nicely. Nobody's complained about the recycled packaging yet, so we're keeping things sustainable and shipping-cost-free for as long as possible.

Fourteen years in St. Leonards now, and honestly, time has absolutely flown. I'm genuinely grateful to every single customer who's remembered we're here and made the journey from all corners of the UK (and beyond) to visit the shop. St. Leonards is quirky, fun, and full of independent businesses, live music, festivals, and a genuinely strong community feel. Plus, everyone seems to have a dog, so most places are dog-friendly. If you're thinking about a coastal break, this is the spot.

One last thing—I'm absolutely obsessed with lilac this season. I'll probably wonder why come next year, but right now it's on my list of gorgeous colours to hunt down. Keep your eyes peeled because I'm on a mission to find more lilac pieces for the shop.

Hope to see you soon.

Big Love
Sarah
