Returns Policy & Shipping

You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

We will not pay for the return postage if the item is in perfect condition but just not suitable. All items are photographed prior to being sent and checked for defects.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. For absolute ease please just call the shop if you are worried about returns that way there is an open line of communication or you can email.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order we offer free shipping using Royal Mail per customer. We always get a proof of postage from Royal Mail.

We endeavour to send out any parcel as soon as possible but please expect your parcel within 5 days of placing your order UK customers. We will post the same day if the order is placed before 3pm. We cannot post parcels at the weekend. We are based at Boudoir, 33 London Road, St.Leonards, East Sussex, TN37 6AJ if you choose to collect or visit.

If your in a mega hurry just give the shop a call so we can make sure it gets to you when you need it, here to help in anyway with regards to shipping - please note non UK residents shipping can take longer.
